We do like to hear from all who work with us about how they have found the experience, it is always pleasing to have nice things said about your service, however, we do like to hear when people think we have got it wrong.
We feel the only way for improvement is to listen and act upon feedback which is valid and enables us to review areas of misunderstanding.

Just a follow up to say ‘Thank you’ for the re-registration course.
We all found it very valuable as we learnt new skills and it made us think about our approach to the broader picture of what we are trying to do.
We have arranged a first session this coming Friday to review the CPC material and begin any improvements that we feel may be necessary.
