Bill Quigg of Access Learning & Development has over 28 years experience in the Learning, Development and Training field. Primarily having worked in the public transport sector up until 2001, Bill worked for over 7 years from 2001 to 2008 in Further Education and Workforce Development.
Having worked both nationally and internationally combined with the experience of working with various institutions such as Awarding Bodies for Education, Sector Skills Councils, Traffic Commissioners, Local Councils and Further Education Colleges there is a wealth of experience which enables us to deal with a broad range of Learning and Development issues.
Bill Quigg is a member of;

The Institute for Learning (MIFL)
Bill Quigg is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) after working with both Richard Bandler the co-founder of NLP and Paul McKenna a high profile advocate of NLP
Access Learning & Development have Designed, Developed and Facilitated seminars for industry dealing with external agencies, awarding bodies and partner organisations including Traffic Commissioners, Colleges, Sector Skills Councils and local County Councils.
We have also Designed, Delivered and Evaluated a wide range of short courses for industry that has included Management and Leadership, Apprenticeships, Employee Engagement, Business Awareness Forums (an innovative approach to staff understanding the business in which they work).
Designing and developing learning materials is a speciality of ours, workbooks, portfolio’s and questionnaires. All of which link with the learning styles of the learner and enhances the learning experience.
