Bill Quigg of Access Learning & Development has over 24 years experience in the Learning, Development and Training field. Primarily having worked in the public transport sector up until 2002,  Bill worked for over 6 years from 2002 to 2008 in Further Education and Workforce Development.

European Directives have seen changes to the transport sector regarding training for drivers both in public transport and heavy goods. Bill Quigg has facilitated and presented at many seminars on this subject and has also been involved Internationally by delivering in Malta to the Maltese department of transport (ADT) and representatives from the Maltese national college (MCAST)

Bill Quigg is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) after completing a course with both Richard Bandler the co-founder of NLP and Paul McKenna a high profile advocate of NLP

Access Learning & Development have Designed, Developed and Facilitated seminars for industry dealing with external agencies, awarding bodies and partner organisations including Traffic Commissioners, Colleges, GoSkills and local County Councils (Reading, Lancashire and West Berkshire)
